Yeah, keep in mind they are a start up, likely doing all this work with a few people. I placed my order when it first went live, received the automated email and one (almost immediate) reply when I checked on the status last week.

I know we're all anxious to have product in hand, but so far Plain's communication and service seem very transparent & prompt.

Yeah, I'm very calm about this too. Placed my order the minute it went live. We now know the orders between jan 18- march 11 have been sent so I can wait for my tracking #.

My recent orders from PA have taken approx 8-10 days to norway so late next week I hope it's here.
