Q) Selecting the 'Gift Wrapped Option', is it worth the extra cost?
A) As the pictures above shows, it's not perfect but an improvement to the jiffy bags. It costs around £2 for this option.

Q) Is the retailer custom's friendly? (i.e will they mark as gift, or low value).
A) No. It's sometimes cheaper for EU residents if they have their items sent to a USA friend/ninja and then forwarded on to the EU address.

Q) Will the retailer charges upon order or upon shipment
A) You will be charged upon shipment - Beware - if you buy multiple items they sometimes ship separately rather than combining them all.

Q) What payment do they accept?

Keep in mind that if the item is out of stock, discontinued, and is not available for exchange, your order will be cancelled and will be refunded.

Refunds: They are normally processed within a few days.

I have a current order with Amazon.JP which contains Lockout, Dredd and a few from the new wave, I placed the order a while back and I'm sure there was an option to specify that they were delivered together, so far they haven't dispatched Lockout so I'm guessing they will send them all when Dredd is released.

I had 2 different steels in the same order with them last week and they shipped them out separately....
Even though I had asked them to be sent together . Plus I have also asked them to combine orders before and they have said yes but then still sent the steels as they became available and not waited until the complete order was ready.
There is no guarantee with them that they will hold your order until all items are available !!
Sometimes they do but you never can be 100% sure...

hmm strange as I currently have 4 steelbooks on preorder (placed order back in Feb) and to be shipped together when all in stock, pending 2 steelbooks to be released by end of June

Don't think that I've ever had this issue with them before

Hey DJ....they have done that to me on several occasions. I had a copy of Iron Sky and Spiderman in the same order and they sent them out separately on the same day...

I never no with them what part of my order will be sent first..But as I have a JP address it is free shipping anyway...

No buddy both steels were in the one order I made but they sent them in separate packages at different times on the same day..
Shipping inside JP is free with amazon so it made no difference to me really. But they have also done this to me when I had them sent direct to the UK.
Maybe they have changed now but I cannot be sure as all my orders go to a JP address now !

They sometimes get sent separately because different items are in different warehouses. It happened when I ordered all of my Ghibli Digipacks. 8 came from 1 location and 1 came from elsewhere.

If ordering from amazon.jp make sure to have your most precious ones gift wrapped. Its only 300 yen and you pretty much gurantee its gonna arrive in mint condition.

3000¥ would be £19.63 for gift wrap.

the only option i have to ship to Belgium is International express and that's 3000 yen, so i cancelled my order ....

Shipping cost on amazon.jp is very 'HAEVY' for ONE copy. It's charge 1700 yen to Malaysia. Add 300 yen for gift option, total 2000 yen for ONE copy shipped to Malaysia

I always order from amazon Japan. I always make sure though that I order more than 1 so that they securely fix the steel to the box. I made the mistake of ordering 1 item before and it was beat to hell.

Why? Do they ship without any cushioning?
