I was not impressed with their packaging to the US for NBK... just a thin cardboard sleeve & no padding. The first one arrived all bent to hell.

To their credit, they promptly sent our a replacement (in the same packaging) which arrived safely.

I gave them positive feedback for their customer service, but I did suggest better packaging in the comments.
