Hello HDN!

It's was an exciting year in 2013, with classic and new titles receiving the Steelbook™ treatment. As in years past, I have tallied all of your suggestions from the nomination threads and it's time for you all to vote for your favorites from our 25 most nominated contenders. Past winners include Thor and The Raid. 2013 Winner: Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Please remember that you can only vote 1 time, but you can vote for multiple titles when you vote.

Here's a video I made for this year as a 'ninja recap' of the 25 most nominated Steelbooks. Turn the sound up/use headphones, if you wish to see it with music.

You can see the video here on HDN's Official Youtube Channel, along with many other individual Steelbook videos created by our very own Snollygoster (Productions). After you check it out the recap, just come back to the forum and cast your votes.

Voting starts right here in our poll, today and ends 1/31. Have fun everyone!

WFRR is an excellent steelbook but sorry Kimchi's Tangled and Blufan's Oz knock it's dick in the dirt.

If I had known that my vote as one of the better steelbooks of the year would help put WFRR over the top as the best of the year I never would have voted for it.

I had to vote for Aladdin however none of the other Disney releases come close! If it comes top 5 of the year here's hoping Disney and Zavvi pay close attention!

If Masters of Cinema had done a few more releases, it wouldn've been a more interesting year for Steelbooks. They are clearly not the kind of releases that get the most attention, but the quality is usually pretty high.

I was a bit surprised not to see Black Swan up there. And I really liked the UK release of Platoon (the title emboss).

Aladdin certainly was one of the nicest steels that they have produced so far.

I think the only reason WFRR is leading is because it was more affordable, so more people bought it. No way it's the best!

I feel the print run combined with the fact it as a movie was the first of it's kind. This as well as the remarkable performance of Bob Hoskins who broke the mould of his tough guy persona.

Also that my kids will still enjoy it's magic with thire grandkids. Hartwarming and unique just like the steelbook.

Each to thire own oppinion I dont get Aladin but I adore Nemo which again I feel IS a better movie and Steelbook.
