You and me both, bud. He'll be parking his fine ass right next to my Gipsy Danger.

And if I ever see another one of those 8-bit shirts, I'll grab one for you.

His fine ass!? LOL! :hilarious: You got that right! :naughty: Thanks for the shirt! I hope you find one, I'm a SEXY XL! ;) :p

6 more hours until I see Big G tonight!!!!! :oohyeah: F**K YEAH!

I know I'm in the minority but I felt it was a little bit of a letdown as a whole, but that may be due to ultra high expectations. :)

Godzilla the monster was bad ass, but the movie had a little too much fluff and filler for my liking. I felt like the whole Ford and Elle storyline wasn't needed and wouldn't have been missed one bit. I was also disappointed in the lack of screen time for Godzilla. It was killer when he was on screen though. This was the Godzilla we've all been waiting to see!! His scream/roar was deafening and awe inspiring in IMAX. EEK! They did a great job with the cinematography in the movie too. I would've also liked to have seen a little more of Watanabe. I'd say I give it a 7/10.

I just watched it a few hours ago. Great movie and very balanced but I too had a few gripes with it.

I agree with you on the Ford and Elle, the movie never really enforced that connection to Elle so we spent unnecessary time watching her run.

A little less fluff would have made the film even better. I loved the action it was fantastic!

Yes, the action was phenomenal!! :scat:

I just wish there were more of it. I just felt no emotional connection to either Ford or Elle. I felt more of a connection with Joe and felt he conveyed the emotions and helplessness of the situation much better than Ford ever did. I think that was my biggest problem. I couldn't have cared less whether or not Ford died, but I did hate that Joe met an untimely demise.

You guys DO know that Bloodsnake007 will be buying voodoo dolls of all those that rate it badly and write their names on them, before burning them in a large bonfire? :hilarious:

LOL! :hilarious: So if your ass catches on fire, you know why! THANKS Psycho! Only a sick bastard as yourself would come up with such a brilliant idea! :naughty:

Tickets/popcorn and drink have been bought, now I wait... "patiently"!!!! Start the FU** ING movie! NOW! :scat:

Holy Loki, this movie was good. It was great to see the King of Monsters returning. His roar was awesome. IMAX was shaking from that.

Agree on the down side everyone is talking about.

But overall a very good return for Godzilla. His last attack move was nuts.

I'm gonna try & watch it again tomorrow and hopefully with no idiots sitting next to me so that I can watch it properly and see if I felt the same way as they did the 1st time around.:movie:

heard someone say they preferred the Matthew Broderick film over this-which is harsh/stupid. So-so film because Godzilla is only in it for 20 minutes but-
does breathe radioactive fire-to good effect!

If they didn't c*ck tease two monster fight scenes and actually gave us some action (the hawaii fight over the news and the fight in the dusk day right when the door closes on Elle), it could've been perfect.

Muto and Godzilla design, scale and looks was perfect, and when Godzilla's spin started glowing i thought
