Haven't seen this before, for me absolutely stunning, maybe it's his look, the lighting/rendering or it simply reminds me of the good old harryhausen stop motion monster effects. Can't wait to see that in motion!

It'd sure be nice if Legendary kept the original Godzilla score in the upcoming remake... even if it's only during the credits.

I think it will, but I just found out that it's only going to be 1 hour, 30 minutes long. I was hoping for at least two hours. This day and age, 90 minutes seems too short for a film like this.

Short and Sweet, at least there shouldn't be any long winded scenes between bloody humans.

Hoping that it at least a sequel being looked at.

There's been so much talk about the running time. I admit, I'll be disappointed if indeed the film was 90-some minutes! I've found this interesting post/website:

GODZILLA (2014): RUN TIME ISSUE

As Godzilla (2014) approaches theatres everywhere, we here at Godzilla-Movies are being bombarded by repeat topics about the. Same. Exact. Thing.

I don't know if anyone's made a topic to address the issue, and if someone has, I will gladly replace everything in here with a link to that topic.

If there isn't one already, however, I will leave this here.

Godzilla (2014) will not be 98 minutes long. That is the length of, as we all know, the original Gojira, released in 1954. The reason this runtime has cropped up is because it is being re-released on April 18th.

Godzilla (2014)'s runtime has not yet been officially confirmed by anyone. Estimations have ranged from 120minutes to 130minutes.

Please, stop posting these repeat topics about the same exact thing, even if they are from different sources. Anything that says 98 minutes is mistaking Gojira for Godzilla (2014). It's that simple.

I've also read in other forums that the film is over 2 hours. And according to AMC, the running time will be 2 hours and 3 minutes. https://www.amctheatres.com/movies/godzilla

As I've said before, I'm gonna enjoy this EPIC movie no matter what the run time is! I just want it longer than 90 minutes, the more Godzilla kicking ass the better!
