I love this teaser too, for me best in years! So much atmosphere here and i'm so curious what this obvious dead creature (sort of centipede?) is!!??!! One monster we haven't seen in all the recent trailers/tv spots??

Everyone's saying that you get very little of Godzilla, but that it's still awesome. Honestly, it makes sense why Muto would have more screen-time in the film. Plus, in the original 1954 film, Godzilla didn't get too much screen-time either.

Bryan Cranston compared this Godzilla to Jaws, saying that while you don't see him too much, you feel his presence throughout the film. Gareth Edwards said that he owes a lot to Jurassic Park, too; that the T-Rex reveal didn't happen until over an hour into the film and that he wasn't seen much throughout the film after that. And when I think of Jurassic Park, I automatically think of the T-Rex first because those scenes had SO much of an impact on me as the viewer.

Edwards' Monsters was similar in that the giant monsters were side-characters to the main human characters and that film was brilliant, so I have complete faith that this film will blow my mind away!

I was actually playing around with those Bandai figures earlier today at Target and I almost bought those little Chibi things. I thought my wife would appreciate their cuteness.

That deluxe atomic roar figure, though; ugh, what a piece of dung that thing is. Everything about it was awkward.

I would definitely watch this! I know TRIDON will love this!
