The finish is what's worry me, varnish finish = Zavvi code for matte. This needs spot gloss.

Cancelling this unless we get confirmation that it's spot gloss finished. Elektra was "varnish" and to my eyes it's matte.

The same with Batman 1966. I think they call it a varnish finish because it sounds like the steel has a special coat treatment, like gloss.

Looks matte to me, a thicker finish but still matte, and not as good as Arrows matte finish.

Yeah cancelled mine last night, I can't justify spending £20 when I own the German steel with the extended editions. So if it looks good once I've seen the in hand pictures and maybe a price drop I might just purchase if still available.

Debossed Bullet Holes so it'll match up with your dents so you won't know the difference

I've cancelled as well. Far too expensive for a single catalogue title - and it is technically a single catalogue title as both films are the cut versions on one "Grindhouse" disc. Also, as psychoscot says it's a lottery what finish we're really gonna end up with.

If it included the full fat versions I probably would have just let the order go through, but chances are the price will plummet on this.
