I didn't get a response to my post earlier today.

I have one damaged (Lenticular) steelbook and wondered if there would be a chance of a replacement?

I have emailed Tony this morning so I'm waiting to hear back from him. So gutted that my first Kimchidvd order has a nasty dent on it.

Has anyone managed to successfully resolve damaged steelbooks with Kimchidvd? I'd expect a refund if they can't offer a replacement.

If you ask for it I'd assume they will offer a refund, though you'll have to send it back first.
They may have an empty steelbook they can provide you with as a replacement, which would be the first thing I'd have asked about in your situation.

I did only ask for a replacement. Will see what Tony says and if they can't offer a replacement then I'll ask to return the item for a refund.

On a positive note - I do have the 1/4 slip with no visible damage so at least I'm not left with nothing. Also I have the Blufans exclusive on order too.

The new SC3 slip from Steelbook Central arrived today. Fits the lenti edition of this quite nicely (unsealed). Worth it considering how cheap he is now.

When do you find out if something is being held in customs?

I'd go to the sorting office with your tracking number and ask if anything is there for you. I had to do it for my copy of 'Her', they were holding it due to customs charge but hadn't sent out any notification to me.
