Sad to see Manta turning into producing more comic book related products rather than anything else. I don’t really understand this, as their non comic book releases are selling out faster and are usually significantly more sought after.

They're still releasing non-super heroes films, like Barbie for example. But yes, Marvel/DC sells more so...

Manta releases highly limited editions. I would argue that most of their non-superheroe releases are selling out significantly faster than superhero stuff. Look at Leon or Inception.
I would understand if they needed to sell 50K copies of the movie. But 3-4K? They don’t need to be Marvel to completely sell out in an hour.
I guarantee that if Manta released any of the top 10-15 A24 movies, they would sell out easily and probably faster than Marvel.
Marvel market is so saturated at this point, it just makes me roll my eyes with each announcement.
