I would like to see this movie if this was the first Matrix movie being released. I liked the first movie but I hated 2 and 3 and I'm not going to rewatch 2 and 3 to remind me what happened because I can't remember a damn thing about them.

So I can't see myself ever watching this one because there are probably things from 2 and 3 that I would need to recall for this one to make any sense, not that 2 and 3 did.

I agree that the sequels were terrible, but the first movie works fine as a stand alone so see no problem in just getting this and stopping there
